Robotics automation Specialist

Specification
Key Responsibilities:
 Ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations.
 Analysing operational /business processes (incl. systems and data.
 Propose process solution (system or manual) based on requirements.
 Provide input into applicable project artefacts.
 Documenting and review process maps and supporting artefacts in line with Nedbank’s standards and clients experience guidelines and best practice.
 Perform gap analysis and due diligence.
 Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) and Process enhancement Group (PEG)/ Process Improvement Forum (PIF) sessions.
 Provide input into change management plans.
 Communicating new and updated processes.
 Provide input into test strategies and procedures, create process test cases, perform process testing and analyse test results.
 Continuous process improvement based on best practice.
 Keep abreast of legislation and other industry changes that impacts on role by reading the relevant newsletters, websites and attending sessions to remain current.
 Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and demonstrate the values through interaction with team and stakeholders, to achieve goals and objectives.
 Identify training courses and career progression opportunities for self with input from management, to improve personal capability and to stay abreast of developments in field of expertise.
 Ensure all learning activities are completed, experience gained and certifications obtained within specified time frames to support personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities.
 Maintain knowledge management, and improve team success by sharing and transferring knowledge with team to ensure information is provided correctly to stakeholders.

Requirements
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
 Business degree, IT degree, Engineering degree (Industrial) – or equivalent
 Process Methodologies
 Experience in robotics process automation and specifically with Blue Prism software will be an advantage
