Introduction
To provide technical and specialist advice (end-to-end solution) on the transactional banking patforms. Ensure client service requirements are executed by operational teams. Manage the implementation team and enhance the utilisation of client centric solutions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage products and services (client solutions) in line with business strategy geared for Nedbank Namibia to grow their transactional business footprint and address clients ‘needs
 Act as an SME on platform related initiatives in collaboration with IT, to enhance product experience across different platforms
 Drive the implementation of new and enhance existing client solutions that focus on segment profitability as well as client retention
 Manage a diversely skilled team of client implementation professionals situated across the country
 Analyze market to identify client and solution opportunities to address client needs
 Compile and submit scorecards, monthly reports and other related metrics as required
 Provide management reporting on status, progress and issues.
 Ensure maximum exploitation/usage of the platform features across multiple business initiative.
 Manage project schedules and budgets within project scope
 Keep abreast of channel industry changes and trends.
 Comply with Risk Standards as required.
 Knowledge of the Bank’s digital channels, products and services and those available in the market.

Requirements
Educational & Experience Requirements:
 Grade 12 (25 points) with relevant Business Degree/Diploma
 At least (4) years’ banking experience with knowledge of transactional banking services i.e. POS, collections, electronic banking.
 Microsoft office
 Leadership, people and project management
 Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience will be an added advantage
