Introduction
Job Purpose: To offer support to the sales staff at VAF and assist Management Team with the tracking of sales so as to ensure a smooth flow of sales activities to meet e Nedbank's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Providing operational support to In-house and Mobile consultants.
•Attending to all routine and administration matters relevant to all applications.
•Ensure that clients, consultants and Agents are kept up to date and well informed about the progress of all applications.
•Understand and is able to market transactional product as well as identify cross-sell opportunities.
•Assist mobile consultants to achieve targets.
Abilities Requirements:

•Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
•Must be customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Must have a high degree of self-confidence, be able to work independently and must be a self-starter.
•Understand of banking environment (products, processes systems and mechanism).
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:

 Grade 12 (25 points) or a Diploma/Degree in Business/Banking related studies.
 Applicant must have minimum 3 years banking experience, with knowledge of sales, credit/securities.
 Sound experience in all aspects of sales administration and banking general.
